Add a "Bank" value entry into the Midi Settings interface.

Premise: Even the most basic "entry level" keyboards of today have gone well past the 128 GM instruments of old, and it's quite impossible to remember the bank number for all the rest (especially when an instrument that's been given the same name in two keyboards often have nevertheless different bank numbers assigned). Thankfully, that bank number is usually shown on the top display of said keyboards, making manually entering it into BBox potentially straight forward, if the place to do it wasn't so buried in submenus of submenus. And, before you go there, entering all these numbers into some new list that fits ones own individual keyboard is just far too time consuming. Case in point: My own keyboard f. ex. has over 1500 sounds(!), so entering the bank of the instrument I'm currently playing straight into BBox on the song I'm currently working on is much more feasible.
Solution - Add the above request, problem solved! cool

There's only one thing to do in crisis like this - Sleep on it!
