A wish.
Before i get to the wish, and i know in the past ive been prolly too demanding, as a long term user, and i dont want to seem like sucking up…lol..but i gotta say i’m mighty impressed with 2022 version from pg, and i’m having a blast with 2022 and the nice features.
and my lovely wife is happy cos she gets the tv remote back...lol. tv is boring anyway, i'd sooner write a new song....and do deep dives into 2022.
Particularly the addition of extra utility traks…the ramification being the added traks mean ive saved lots of work in the multitrak software daw and now do more in bb cos of the utility traks.
This brings me to a point//wish. Re chord sheet with mixer on right hand side.
When i move a legacy trak eg guitar to a utility trak it seems the original settings dont carry over.
So i have to manually set the vol/pan/reverb ? its no big deal , just a nice to have.
Maybe i’m missing something ?

P.S. I think it would be great if PG implements Copy/Cut/Paste to all mixer (tracks), so you can move tracks around, maintaining all the track data.

When i move a legacy trak eg guitar to a utility trak it seems the original settings dont carry over.
So i have to manually set the vol/pan/reverb ? its no big deal , just a nice to have.

Yes you are missing this: Install www.autohotkey.com then set C:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\AutoHotkey.exe to Run As Administrator by right click. This will copy and paste selected track Volume Reverb Panning ToneRun Biab copy track mixer levels.ahk  In the past before the added bb traks i typically would do lots of traks in a multitrak software like reaper or realband…thus taking up lots of disc space if loads of audio traks. When you copy RTs in Biab they turn into wav files, but this way (using 1 button), you can also get it to copy the track levels to Reaper and insert the PG DX Reverb plugin. No wav files created ! no disc space.  Biab copy track mixer levels.ahk #NoEnv

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
