Painting up the Town Red
https://www.reverbnation.com/kaynemusic/song/33687531-painting-up-the-town-redBeen around the world seen a lot of girls but never seen a girl that makes me feel like you you make me new
I don’t know but I been told if you find a girl that you want to hold you take her home that what Im gonna do
Wont you stay a while / Get a little Wild We’re going out tonight and paintin’ up this town red We’re Dressin up in Style / Flash me that beautiful Smile That is what we’re gonna do
So put your pretty hand in mine I’ll be working overtime for you / its what I do
Going Out With You
I dont know but Ive been told to have some fun before you get old and gray, and Live for today
Lets take a wild ride / Wrap around my bike We’re going out tonight and paintin’ up this town red Make you feel Alive / Its such a beautiful night That is what we’re gonna do
We’re Alive in the best of times / leave all your cares and blues behind and Dream / its as good as it seems
I don’t know but Ive been told all the streets are paved with gold and dreams do you know what I mean
Going Out With You

Nice stuff Elliott. I really liked the beat and melody. As always, the guitars were fantastic - loved that lead. It may be just me, but I thought the vocals sounded like they could be brought out front more. The words in the versus sounded rushed as compared with the choruses. I liked the words, but a few syllables could be taken out here and there to keep the meaning, but not be quite as rushed. This is a real feel good song, so that's just my two cents - for what it's worth (probably less than two cents).

Elliott, I agree with Brad about the vocals
Great groove and backing band
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.

Hi Elliott,
Great song and very catchy verses and chorus. Also - excellent production and good vocals.
I thought the lyrics and phrasing were good - you could maybe consider dropping the word "beautiful" in the chorus and sing e.g. "it's such a night" or "what a night".
Just a minor comment - I really enjoyed the whole song.
Best Regards Nigel

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
