Habe das Megapack gekauft inklusive USB. Bis jetzt kein USB bekommen. Die Menschen von der Hotline meinten ich kann die Software herunterladen.
Schlecht Erfahrung.

Üblicherweise ist PGMusic absolut zuverlässig. HD Versionen von BiaB werden typischerweise via FedEx versendet. FedEx sendet wiederum Versandbenachrichtigungen via E-Mail. Wenn der Support von PGMusic eingebunden wird, ist es regelmäßig hilfreich, deutlich mehr Infos mitzuteilen als in diesem ersten Post hier im Forum -> wann wurde das MegaPAK gekauft, gab es eine Versandbestätigung etc. Ein Versand benötigt eine Weile - PGMusic versendet aus Kanada . . .
Der Hinweis auf eine Download Möglichkeit ist durchaus hilfreich - das Paket wird sicher auch noch geliefert.

Zunächst willkommen im Forum!
Ich vermute, du hast ein Band in a Box MegaPack 2023 bei PGMusic direkt in Kanada bestellt?
Dann erhältst du von dort auch die Software auf einem USB FlashDrive. PGMusic versendet in der Regel international mit UPS oder FedEx. Die Laufzeit nach Deutschland ist allerdings gerade zum Jahresende recht hoch, auch, weil die Sendungen zusätzlich auch noch durch den deutschen Zoll laufen. Dort wird darauf 19 % Einfuhrumsatzsteuer erhoben und ggf. auch Zoll für die Hardware (das Flashdrive), das ist mal so und mal so. Beides wirst du also u. U. auch noch bei der Zustellung nachentrichten müssen.
PGMusic bietet dir an, die gekaufte Software vorab in deinem Kundenbereich auf der Webseite herunterzuladen, das hast du ja bereits gesehen.
Wenn du also auf einen physischen Datenträger Wert legst, empfiehlt es es sich, die Software beim deutschen Distributor M3C in Berlin zu kaufen (m3c.de) dort wird meist ein ähnlicher Einführungsrabatt gewährt, wie bei PGMUsic direkt.
Wenn dir ein physischer Datenträger nicht so wichtig ist, kannstr du im PGMusic-Onlinestore auch nur eine Downloadversion bestellen – dann entfällt (mindestens) der Zoll.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
