I posted this in the Win forum but it should work for Mac also.
If you want to have the same tracks from Biab app to the Plugin you can simple drag n drop them from the main app directly onto the Plugin track.
This gives you more control of what you need that you can't get with the Plugin. You can update the Plugin tracks easily to match the current tracks identically in the main app, this will work with MultiStyles and any multiriff section editing done in the main app:

Biab is in Plugin Mode dragging the tweaked tracks direct to the BBPlugin track it will keep all previous versions in SavedTracks. This way you can use all the fancy functions of Biab with the BBPlugin.
If you drag to the + it will give dry, flat, center option if needed.
This way you can just generate up midi ONLY styles (without it generating a whole lot of wav's as well) in Biab then drag n drop them into the BBPlugin if you are using the Sends or the built in soundfont.

If you want to update the chords just use the paste option.
If you want to paste the track names as well as chords/style/key/tempo use the Paste Special.
Biab also has Edit > Copy Special > Copy Song to Text...
that gives more options.
