Just type the letters S S 4 <Enter> (no spaces) into a chord cell and it creates a shortcut to open a song.
There are multiple shortcut keys that can be used, as per the list you displayed.

Excellent. Yes, I agree that it's a bit vague, but it works.

And to point out also, it doesn't matter if a cell has a chord posted in it or if it's blank. It's a temporary command that once it's activated, if a cell was used with a chord in it, the chord is restored.

Hah! Now I've never tried that because I pretty much presumed BiaB would lose lose the chord.
