I haven't found out if this has been requested before or if it is already possible, so I'll just ask:
It would be helpful (at least in my workflow) if it were possible to color sections of a song (e.g. intro, verse, chorus, bridge, etc.) in the chord sheet window with different (background) colors to make orientation easier.
Select Cells -> <right mouse button> -> Select Color

I believe the suggestion has been made before. It has been awhile since the suggestion was last posted.

Those options change all cell colors, not just the user selected cells.

Big upvote. Being able to highlight the odd bars in the score with non-diatonic chords would be very helpful. I'd be happy to be able to do this manually. That way it could match the colors in my Musescore score

Jim is correct. There is another recent thread where this was discussed. In that thread, there was some reference to other software and even a few mock-ups for how it might look.
