so I find myself sifting through styles, and some I like I save in a specific folder for future use. Some I don't care for, and there's no way to just delete the thing and forget about it. I don't want to see it again in a multi-zillion file list, it's just clutter and a waste of time.

+1 But I think a better solution would be to "archive" - hide styles that user don't want within software. This will take guesswork when checking "what add ons I have"
Add ons checker could index those archived items and just display them in a separate column. So you know if you are missing anything or not.
A few screenshots for reference. StylePicker has several built-in library management features, including User Categories, saved Favorites lists, automatic Recently Played tracking, and the ability to save/customize current style sets. These tools can reduce the need to continually browse the full master style list while still keeping installed add-ons available and indexed while retaining the full StyleMaker list.
While I greatly appreciate that MTP Library is now a non-modal "one stop content shop", several key sorting, filtering, searching, categorizing functions have to be re-imagined. There are several highly supported threads on this.
+1. Deleting styles should be possible directly from the style picker window.
The same applies to the song picker. Most of us have zillions of them collected through the years, many of which are duplicated. Getting rid of those duplicate files is a pain with the current GUI.
