The videos of vocal coaches reacting to the song Pisces by Ginger are oddly satisfying. You guys should check those out! The lead singer definitely has great vocal control.

Yes, I know that, and that is why I didn't insert it as a YT video directly. If you clicked on the link that includes the time field, it takes you straight to the noise. That was the intention.

Its certainly an acquired taste. Some Jazz sounds like incomprehensible noise.

Some Metal and Grunge might, but I wasn't aware that Jazz, of any form, sounded "like incomprehensible noise".
Anything where one pushes the boundaries will tend towards "incomprehensible", depending on one's personal boundaries and and the boundaries of the artist which one is listening or watching or whatever.
And of course there are boundaries at both ends "too challenging" and "too boring".
I very much doubt that I'm alone in finding that my own boundary varies with my mood.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful. Kawai MP6, Korg M50, Ui24R, Saffire Pro 40. AVL:MXE Linux; Windows 11; Win8.1: Scarletts BIAB2022 UltraPAK, Reaper, a bunch of stuff.
I like this music. What I hear is pretty sophisticated prog rock, strongly calling to mind late King Crimson. For a few seconds Tatiana Shmailyuk sings in a very distorted monster voice, I wonder if she’s doing that with her actual organic throat?

Maybe you can find me a sample?

It's the modern metal variant on the Nirvana/Pixies/Silverchair soft/loud dynamic. Pretty-ish guitar as in Metallica's 'black" album followed by hammering instruments with Death Metal vocals. Nothing new about it other than the gold jump suit. Musically I prefer the now defunct Fall of Efrafa's take on the dynamics though I'm not a fan of the gargle.
live it's moodier...and the quiet passages less locked into the genre requirements of guitar tone.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
