It's been a while since I've posted something new! This original song is really about 15 years old. I wrote and recorded it on 4-track cassette, back in the day. Biab was around back then, but it was only some odd midi program on my then GF's Mac and I uh...didn't care much for it! LOL! All these years later and I revisited this track using biab after all! I wanted to freshen it up, change the curtains, put down a new rug, and paint! All done with real tracks and of course, me singing. I always liked this track. I wrote it during a period in my writing where I was experimenting with song form. This is a simple track, but intreging nonetheless. Only vocal kicks it off. Chorus up front. Effective lyrics and message. And wonderful instrumentation now, from real tracks. I had an acoustic bass on the original, and I'm happy to have it in this version from RT's too. It makes the vibe.
