If you are talking about the RealCharts that represent the RealTracks, those will show up as their own separate tracks, not the underlying MIDI track. I'm only talking about when a RealTrack overlays the underlying MIDI style track (which is not the MIDI notes for the RealTrack). If the track is MIDI to start with, then it stays MIDI and you can assign any softsynth you want to.
