The idea is a good one. It is a video, or even a video series, that could be a great learning experience and well worth the time required to make and watch.

Sometimes though a great idea is not followed through because it is too easy to find a reason to reject the idea. The best reason I could come up with for PG Music not to make the video was because they are not going to make a video that includes the melody or riffs of a popular or rock song protected by copyright. PG Music is very conscious of copyright and does not do anything that could even hint at copyright infringement.

Now that my question has been answered I can't think of any other obstacle PG Music might encounter.

Once again, +1 in support of the request. Hopefully, other forum members will appreciate the idea as I do and lend their support.
