Realband supports chord pushes (use ^ for 8th note and ^^ for 16th note pushes) in the chord chart just like BIAB (of course if you make changes to the chord chart, you have to re-generate your tracks).

That being said, the notation you posted won't work as displayed. You can't get the resolution to support an 8th note followed by two 16th notes, because the chord grid only has quarter note resolution, allowing each of those quarter notes to be pushed an 8th or 16th. You'll never get two 16th note chords together (unless you do something like expand the notes and then double the tempo, or use one of Norton's expanded styles, which are MIDI only and there are inky a handful available).
