And, yes, I HAVE purchased other sets previously it's just I have a problem with my memory cells. So, wondering if the accordian that comes with Nashville Country Set #15 can be used for SOLOS as well. I mean, does it become a part of the instruments that I can choose from and use for soloing when desired and NOT jsut a background instrument. Might be a silly question (Hey, I'm semi-clueless) but I need to know before I buy.
The answer to your questions are yes as you can tell any realtrack to play when and where you want it to and also to mute as well. However, in looking through my realtracks I could not find a "Country" accordion so either I don't have that one or you may be thinking about the Mex accordion. Either way you can indeed tell it where to play and where to be silent. Now if you could do that with real accordion players, Hmmmm.

Hope this helps.

Hi rockq22,

The accordian is a background instrument, so it wouldn't work well for SOLOS.

We do plan on adding more accordian, including solos, but none are available now.

Yes, it was the Cajun/Zydeco style accordian.

Thanks for your reply.

Any idea as to when it might be available? Anyhow, in the meantime I could still use the background Cajun style accordian in the set mentioned.

Thanks.
Here are the RealTracks that we have with Accordian.

I looked in my Styles & I can't find Accordion, Rhythm TexMex2Beat Ev 120 (#1287)
and Accordion, Rhythm TexMexCountry Ev 120 (#1292)..
How do I find thes and/or install them.??
Realtracks set 15 is Mainstream Jazz Soloing

Accordian is on RealTracks sets 106, 119, 120

You're likely thinking of MIDI style set #15, which has styles like C_CAJUN

Yes, I didn't mean the JAZZ set but the NASHVILLE COUNTRY SET #15 (the following set, different link):

Hmm, I checked out the sets you mentioned (first off, NOW I got to buy the Bent Mason set #118!!!!) secondly, is the accordian on those sets just BACKGROUND as well?? There is no strictly ACCORDIAN set for SOLOING (yet)? For my purposes, I much prefer the CAJUN top the MEX set. Good stuff.
