26. What is the difference between the Band-in-a-Box and RealBand UltraPAK and the PG Music OmniPAK for Windows?

The UltraPAK includes all of the currently available Style Sets, Soloist Sets (excluding for the Jeff Lorber Artist series), Loops, MIDI SuperTracks, Artist Performance Series, and Melodist Sets. It also includes all RealDrums Sets, and RealTracks Sets.

The PG Music OmniPAK includes ALL of the software that we currently have available, excluding for the Oscar Peterson Multimedia CD, and third party software. The OmniPAK is shipped on a portable high-speed USB 3.0 hard drive with all programs pre-installed.

Is there an Upgrade path to the OmniPAK for owners of prior Audiophile versions with 49Pack Upgrade?

Hi there. Does that latest OmniPak include all of the 'Extra Styles Paks 1-8', the 'Loops With Style Pak 1' and the '49-pak', etc?

Does purchasing a new OmniPak for 2020 lock me into the most expensive upgrades for future years? Or could I decide to just get the equivalent 'UltraPack 2021' upgrade on top of a 2020 OmniPak?

Yes



There isn't an OmniPAK upgrade specifically, however you could install a future upgrade over your existing OmniPAK, or install the "extras" from the OmniPAK (it includes the installers for them) onto the future HD you get.
