I followed along with this YouTube Stylemaker Video and created a style. However, I cannot for the life of me see how to add text inforamtion about this stye so it shows up as a description.

Any tips on where this entry can be made?

You have to use*.ls3 file to document your user styles.
Refer to the Tutorial section of this website (Support onglet) for all required details.
And don't forget to press the two buttons'Rebuild' in the stylepicker in order to get your styles listed along with the other ones.

Thanks for this tip.
Specifically the link to the details is here.

It would be helpful to add this link into the description on the above video as well as on the Stylemaker Tutorial and in the Help files.

The LS3 file still doesn't address the issues of MEMO and sample song(s) for the new style. Anyone know how to do this?

MEMO and sample song(s) - how and where do you define them?
