Is their away to change the concert key set for notation melody to bb,eb ext Only? I would like to do this so I don't have to transpose on my own. Thanks Ed

Potentially OPTIONS > PREFERENCES > NOTATION > TRANSPOSE is supposed to do just that, indeed. Unfortunately it just doesn't. Via OPTIONS > PREFERENCES > NOTATION > TRANSPOSE each and every track gets its notation transposed - even drums and piano.
Maybe a future version could provide a suitable toggle option here, supporting the notation transposition of melody only. Even better -> individual transpositions for each track (think of some 'score' with Trumpet, Baritone Sax and Piano, say).
Edit: Oops, the above comment would be appropriate for BB, however the OP seemingly referred to RB, which is different and lacks of some otherwise useful features provided by BB, such as Transpose Notation Only ...
