Usually its a drum "bash" at the start of the track. This bug been there for quite a number BIAB versions.
Two solutions: 1. Delete the track and do the transfer again. The second time the 'Bash' will be absent. Why, I don't have any idea.! 2. Set a volume on the drum track put a couple of nodes just before the first ticks and reduce the volume to zero before the nodes.
PGmusic have told me they don't use Sonar so the bug has not been noted. I just lived with it for many years and do the above. More important issues for them to deal with.
Re F
PS: If PG staff are looking at this - the 'bash' does not happen every time just most of the time.

for me it happens every time I've done it and if I delete the track and do it a 2nd time does not fix it.
I just remembered, tho, that prior to the 2016 update I was exporting from RB, not BIAB because the 2016 update for me added the drop zone in BIAB and I started using that instead of exporting tracks from RB.
As I mentioned, it's likely a buffer emptying, sounds like it's a plugin buffer. If you let it play through to the end it likely won't happen, as the buffers get played/emptied, but if you stop the song somewhere it will. It may also be that the track itself doesn't contain enough empty space at the end for the plugin to finish emptying (delay and reverb type effects need additional track space or time to finish processing) ..
In this case adding a couple bars of silence at the end may bring joy. Hard to say if it is RB itself or the plugin so far. Either way they are not 'playing nice' together.
Make your sound your own! .. I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
