Hi all.
I just installed 2017 on my brand new computer build and I'm doing a fresh install of everything, including BIAB. Here's some things I noticed:
1. The GUI scheme (.csc) file was not recognized in 2017. When I hit the load button it acts funny and goes to "default" but will not find the 2016 .csc file I copied over.
2. I didn't check this on 2017 but on 2016, when I hit "What Addons Do I have" it will not find the Real Tracks and Real Drums that are on a different HDD. Is this expected behavior? Kind of makes it hard to see what you actually have installed.
Question: What files do I need to copy from the previous install, (2016), so I don't have to re-do all the preferences settings? Is this even possible?

Paul, if it is possible (and I don't know), the two files you should try copying from your old version are intrface.bbw and mysetup.dk
I do not agree with #2. If you set the correct location for RealTracks and RealDrums in Preferences, RealTracks and Preferences, RealDrums then BIAB will tell you accurately what you have.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
