Hi, I'm getting the following error messages when I launch BIAB or open a file.
Warning: Your current drum kit has no bass drum assigned
Warning: Your current drum kit has no snare drum note assigned
Warning: Your current drum kit has no closed high hat note assigned
Warning: Your current drum kit has no open high hat note assigned
Background: I bought the BIAB 2021 MegaPak for Windows and realized I should have bought the UltraPak for more RealBand content. I downloaded the UP upgrade and installed it but was unsuccessful. (That's a long story made short). So I deleted the MegaPak and all associated PGM files I could find on my computer and then successfully installed the UltraPak upgrade. It now works but I'm getting the warning messages above.
Any suggestions?

Hi. Welcome to the forum.
I think you meant to say RealTracks, since RealBand is the same with any version.
Can you tell us, what did you start with? Was BIAB 2021 Megapak your first purchase of this product? Or did you have BIAB before? We might need those ‘long story’ details.
An upgrade is not the same as the full package and I wonder if you deleted everything. If I am correct, I recommend you install your older version, then the UltraPak upgrade.
You might instead call or chat with PG Music Support if you are not sure how to proceed.

Hi, Yes I first installed the 2021 Megapak last week. It's the first BIAB purchase I've made. So no prior installations. I decided to upgrade to the UltraPak for the additional RealTracks. PGM customer service recommended the upgrade.
I installed it but when I opened the Download Manager, none of the RealTracks from the UltraPak were listed. The only ones visible were the originals from the MegaPak install.
So I decided to delete the (MegaPak) program and reinstall the UltraPak. The RealTracks are now all available for download.
So basically one problem has been solved, and another created.

It appears that you just need to reset the drum kit.
Try this:
1: Go into Options > Midi/Audio driver setup.
2: Change the "Synthesizer/Soundcard" option from General MIDI Instrument Misc to any other option in the list.
3: Press OK and select "Yes" to the message that appears.
4: Then go back into Options > Midi/Audio driver setup.
5: Change the "Synthesizer/Soundcard" option back to General MIDI Instrument Misc.
6: Press OK and select "Yes" to the message that appears.
Let us know if that resolves, otherwise there may be another way to correct this.
