Could you please, please, PLEASE come out with a jazz ballad style where drums play brushes with a STRAIGHT EIGHTH FEEL???? Why does every jazz ballad style have a swing feel?? If anyone knows a way to produce this with the existing styles, PLEASE TELL ME!! Thanks.

A definite plus 1 for this. I've been asking for this for years. There's no adequate style in BIAB for playing classic songs like 'NAIMA' or After the Rain'.
In jazz terms that's like having a whole bunch of rock and pop styles where there's nothing for 'Beatles' ballads.
There is OREGSLOW, with tablas but not brushes ala but at least its the right time feel if a little too ornate and new age for Trane ballads.
In the folk section there's GOSSAMER and TJOAD used a slower tempo, but they're definitely a compromise.
