I have a track that uses BossaNew Style. The drum track with this seems to be RealDrums=BossaBrushes. I really need congas instead. How do I change this for this song?

As far as I know, you can't do that with audio/Real Tracks - only MIDI

Just change the drum set. To one that includes congas.

A few ideas:
When I need Congas, I add a MIDI track of drums with Congas and, in the piano roll, remove the other parts of the kit (different pitches).
BIAB also supports loops if you have a newer version. Plenty of conga loops out there.
I don't think BIAB offers just a conga RealTrack, but you could make your own UserTrack. Or, put a request in the Styles Wishlist.
As floydjane mentioned, when you choose a RealDrum, there are often variations. In the right style, some of the variations might include Congas.

I am using BIAB 2014. But I am willing to go with Midi. How do I do that and still keep a bossa beat?

Not in Style Picker. In you main BIAB screen, right-click Drums (at top) and choose "RealDrums in style". That should allow you to change your drum set
Be sure to choose the variation you want in the box to the right (in the Drum selection screen).
