Drag into Realband (or Audacity)

Set Realband to "Snap to Bar"

Always drag into Track 01 (or the same track after your other Tracks)

Split to separate Tracks

Drag next Multi Channel wav in to Track 01 on the next bar

To copy a bar/s highlight them in the chord window then paste at the new bar

To copy beats highlight the beats in Track 01 then hold the Shift key down

and click the last track number then copy, then click the cursor on the beat on

Track 01 and paste.

You can drag a Fill into Bar 0 (with Bar Offset on -2) to create Intros or

just highlight bar -1 & 0 and generate a count-in with any RealDrum

To move individual audio hold Ctrl Key first then Click n Drag

When your tracks are made you can change the tempo to suite your project and save them

or as you drag them in highlight all the bars as above then right click >

"Time Stretch & Pitch Shift Selected Audio Tracks" put in old and new tempo

Insert the Track names to make mixing easier:
