I think this way is easiest: Right click on an empty midi track Select Custom Midi Style for this track Choose from Presets.. Type "Held" in the filter String Select a Held one like "Piano Acoustic Simple Held Chords.." Open Big Piano Set it to the Midi Piano Track.
