If you want to sync your lyrics accurately this might be a quicker way.
If you record a midi lyrics sync track in your song using the same note on your QWERTY or midi keyboard and save it as a midi file, you can sync them automatically with a karaoke lyrics editor like

http://juiciobrennan.com/hyphenator/Then in KaraKan File - New > Select your midi sync file that you recorded in BB
Select Track (Lyric Sync Track)
Paste your hyphenated lyrics in below

Then Karaoke menu > Create karaoke file or Export midi file with lyrics
you can just rename kar to mid
Then BB File - Import > Import melody/soloist from midi file.
Now you will have proper lyrics timing.
In KaraKan you can File - Open example
These will then show in the Big Lyrics window along with the chords if you like above or in the lyrics, and copy to clipboard or printout.
