I've been using BIAB for several years, purchase an update for the EVERYTHING PAK every year. I called to order BIAB 2017, and was put on hold. After a 10 minute wait, they disconnected. I called again and was told there too busy to talk to me, but if I would leave my telephone number, they would call me right back. Still haven't received a call back.
Is business so good that they don't care if they lose customers?
