Yes, that is a 12-string acoustic RT run through a phaser effect. I did the same with the bass.

I really liked the 12 string effect -- It was that extra something that set the song's uniqueness and a great precursor to the electric lead.
Enjoyed it a lot.

That electric lead is an RT - I layered it in places to get that sound, but it's all BIAB!
