Hi, I used to know how to do this but now I can't remember!
Say I have a style picked. But I want to change one particular instrument. For example, swap the accordion for some percussion. There seems to be numerous ways to search for and find the particular percussion instrument but I don't know what button to push to make it come up in the mixer!
Yessir, kind of like that, thanks...except I usually only use real tracks.
Now once I get to whatever window I get to, and find the instrument, what button do I push to 'generate' that instrument to swap out the other instrument?
In the photo Trevor posted, at the top you click the select Real Tracks button and a window comes up where you search, audition and select a new instrument to replace the existing one on your track.
The same process allows you to alternately choose a User Track, Loop or Realdrums if you desire.
EDIT: When the window opens, you have five choices. These are simply filters to narrow your choices. For instance, choose soloist if you need a solo part or chording for a strumming or rhythm instrument. Choosing 'All' gives you the most choices and allows you more advanced search options from the window that opens when selecting that option.
In the RealTracks window - select, load and generate your choice by hitting the 'OK, Generate Now' button.
