Today I was using this function and was a little in a hurry, and then I observed it also converted each file to Wave same time... I needed only midi, not Wave, as I have all in wave from before. Please give an option to have a uncheck box for Wave in that option menu also !

I have noticed this same behavior. Not sure how how to deal with it besides just deleting the unneeded files.
So I will give you a +1 for this wish.

Creating MIDI files is almost immediate. WAV files take considerably more processing hence much more time.

Now that you mention it, this is something I go back and delete once every so often. I take my BIAB folder, sort it by size, and blow away unneeded .WAV files.

Recently, the number of users wanting to know how to save Realtracks as MIDI has increased. Being proactive would certainly help avoid potential problems.

By the way, I just also discover that Muted tracks also become part of the midi tracks using this batch converting. It should be an option also not for this to happen, like it is in the make style from this song option. "All tracks, except the muted ones"!
