I can only suggest uninstalling all previous Behringer UMC drivers from your system, reboot PC and do a fresh download of the Win7 - 10 driver file (v3.29.0) from Behringer's website ( https://www.music-group.com/Categories/Behringer/Computer-Audio/Audio-Interfaces/UMC202HD/p/P0BJZ/downloads) and try to install again. Could be your system just got in a knot from previous attempts to install. I downloaded the above drivers onto my PC and was able to launch the driver install wizard with no problems at all.
