I was thought this would be an amazing idea! Good job for bringing it up  Editing to add, this would probably work to its best advantage if everyone was supplied with the same vocal stem, and maybe a chord sheet. Finding someone to sing, and sing as you envision it, especially remotely, could be a drag...and this is about composition and framing. I respectfully disagree about the vocal stem and chords. Using a these could limit one's imagination. I think we should agree on a set of lyrics and let everyone version be different, i.e. no boundaries except for the lyrics, i.e. they must be used. YMMV
My goal this weekend is to move just enough each day so that no one pokes me to see if I'm dead or not.
