OP RJPSAX Newbie R Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 2 Staten Island, NY	I can call up the dialog box but all the selection options are grayed out. Can't build a chord. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? (I did it many times successfully in previous versions). Russ Paladino www.paladinotes.com

Perhaps you could try build 308, which does fix a different issue with the Chord Builder: https://nn.pgmusic.com/pgfiles/support/patches/bb2019_mac_update_build308.pkg This patch is still being tested so is not posted on our support site quite yet, but it seems stable and you can install the previous patch if you do have any problems. After upgrading to build 306 I got this advice from your support: Please close out of the program and go to Finder \| Applications \| Band-in-a-Box \| Preferences and try deleting the content of the preferences folder but not the folder itself. If you need me to post any logs, please let me know and I will gladly help. I run a MacBook Pro i7 2.2 GHz - 16 GB 1333 MHz DDRAM on High Sierra 10.13.6 MacMini M1 - BIAB2021 - Logic Pro X - iZotope Music Production Suite - Scaler 2 - far too many Waves plugins and Line 6 Guitars and boards + a fantastic Yamaha THR10ll mini Amp - Avid MBOX Studio Peters' Garage is available on all major streaming services

It works when you initially open the song, but it seems like if you open the StylePicker window (whether you change style or not), and then close it the options are grayed out after that. Strange ! Both choosing the beginning and the last bar of a chorus is greyed out as well. I hope the description makes sense to you The fault appears after you have used song generation, but sometimes you can generate the song twice or even thrice before the error sneaks in on you.
