This was from a little while ago. Torrey on vocals, BIAB RealDrums on skins n wires. FINALLY managed to concoct a video from previous videos. Back in 1976 my teachers' college room mate taught me six guitar chords, (which I played on a classical guitar I'd borrowed restrung with steel - yeah, I know NOW). These are those six as I sequenced them two years later - I hadn't learnt any new ones but I wrote out this lyric & progression for a song to include on a "rock opera" that didn't happen. My former room mate & I had tried to better the mini Rock Opera Ethnic Banana I'd written in 77, (same chords - in various combinations for that set too), but as it was a "major work" and had an entire subject loading attributed to it the pressure brought it to a halt within a month and we both picked up another subject instead.

this is what I would call a COE - a collab of experts. Hadn't heard the song before - well, if that ain't catchy and toe-tapping... Excitingly well-sung and sounding absolutely pro.

Hello Stefan, Thanks for the kind words. The bass in the audio is a Vantage from 1981 and in the video is a De Rosa - a multibadged made in China knock off of a Hofner that is, oddly, as good as the M.I.C. Hofner Ignition range currently available. It's fun to play but with round wounds strings doesn't quite sound right.

Ray, as I mentioned before, to my taste this is among the best of your tunes. An excellent team work. Torrey did a grand job! Honestly, if I heard it over radio waves, I would not even think that it was a "project" piece. It sounds like a well established band that had been performing for a long time together. Now with vid it has a sense of completion. Thank you for sharing!
