I don't know if this is useful information (I have build 920).

I tried the following and it worked okay for me.

1. load a loop on Utility Track #1

2. generate BIAB

3. go into Audio Edit and select "Utility Tracks #1"

4. select a region that I wanted to delete from the loop

5. press "Delete"

6. the selected region was deleted

I don't know if I'm doing what you do or not. As Audiotrack has said, knowing your workflow would help a great deal and allow us to replicate what you are doing.
