Everyone knows this Door's classic.

I am currently learning the Rhodes part. Does anyone know a suitable real track? Searching the forum brought up RT 2505 but I don't know how to search RTs by number

thank you all

did you search in the style selector by entering the title of the song in search?

That will bring up a list of styles that are supposed to be the closest from the top down. However, that isn't always as close as one may want it to be. Some of those are not even close. If that happens, you will need to think outside of the box to get your cover sounding like the original. Not impossible but certainly more of a challenge.

A lot of the big hits, especially from the 60's and 70's do not fit easily into a neat little box or style. There was a whole lot of innovation in those songs that is hard to duplicate easily with BB. You just have to figure out a way to get there.

You search for a specific RT in the "RT Picker" [Pic 1]. But more likely what you need to do is search for a Style which uses that RT. For this you use the "Style Picker" [Pic 2].

Or, as suggested you can also search the style picker for both "Riders of the Storm" as well as RT "2505".

Thank you, it appears there is nothing at all, even close.

ZeroZero, what exactly are you trying to accomplish?
Are you looking for a style to play along with the Rhodes part?
Are you looking for for a single Rhodes or other RT?
Are you trying to do an exact cover of the song?

When I am doing a cover that I want as close as possible I will purchase a MIDI file from a place like this:

https://www.midi.com.au/the-doors/riders-on-the-storm-single-version-midi/

Stating exactly what you are trying to accomplish will help us tremendously.

My goal this weekend is to move just enough each day so that no one pokes me to see if I'm dead or not.

I do have the whole song live (not midi) sans keys, hear here https://www.karaoke-version.co.uk/custombackingtrack/the-doors/riders-on-the-storm.html

What I was hoping for from BIAB, is a style which is similar so I can punch in a few chords and loop, slow tempo etc, which is much easier than trying to do this with an MP4. Something to help me work phrase by phrase whilst learning the Rhodes part.

as far as I can tell there is nothing close.

That's OK - we can't have every vibe.

This is exactly why I posted this as a wish in the Wishlist sub-forum.

Real-time Style Creation

Yes, it will take a software engineering effort, but ohhh, how powerful this would be.

Here is a lesson by Mike Little, the play-thru begins around 38:02

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

If you have a MIDI file you can definitely isolate instruments and slow it down to practice the keys. Google ".MID riders of the storm" and you'll see options. I would agree that your needs may not be best met by BiaB, but in many similar cases, it can be.
