After using RT for almost all my songs, I'm now trying to add MIDI solos with my controller. I'm having trouble with latency, and, I know there is a procedure to eliminate latency because I used to work with MIDI before RT were introduced, but I've been unable to find a tutorial or video on how to do it. Can anybody help?

BIAB has timing adjustments for latency and to coordinate MIDI with RealTracks because everyone's system is different. You can try these two things:
Options, Preferences, MIDI Driver, Latency Adjust
Options, Preferences, Audio, Soft Synth Latency Adjust

Make sure our actual interface/soundcard drivers are set to low buffers. I get some latency at 512.
256 or below usually OK.
