In 2024 in the tracks view you can highlight an area in the track wave file and hit control F8 and it regens that section

I could not make this work, bt i really don't know what you were trying to do. Could you detail the steps you took and i will dig deeper.

So, the bug in 2023 is fixed and regeneration does work also if the real track is set to half time? This was never solved in 2023!
I've just tried to regenerate a RT in half time and no, unfortunately the feature still doesn't work properly (the audio section gets erased instead of regenerated)
@Rob Helms This behavior is described by me and several others in earlier posts in this thread. It is also confirmed as a bug by PG. I even made a YT video that showed exactly whats happening
