Matt Finley Veteran Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 25,971 Hudson Valley & Lake George NY	Ok, I just received my audiophile drive. Here are some specs that might be of interest. It's 4 TB (up from 2 in the last several years) with 1.78 free, according to the partition info. In real numbers, the capacity is 3.9 TB and 1.9 of that is free space. It uses the SATA 600 bus, which is the same as the last few years. Drive rotation speed is 5526 RPM. Additionally, the drive shows it has been on for 7 hours. Maybe that's how long it takes their machine to copy files to multiple drives. In prior years my drives were by Samsung. This new one is a Seagate drive. And it's thicker than prior years, but the same length and width. It's not the tiny drive the non-audiophiles are receiving, but compared to the past of five years ago, it's small enough. His latest video, Convert MIDI Chords into AI Vocal Harmonies with ACE Studio and Band-in-a-Box, he explains in detail how you can use the Melodist feature in Band-in-a-Box with ACE Studio. Follow along as he goes from "nothing" to "something" with his Band-in-a-Box MIDI Melodist track, using ACE Studio to turn it into a vocal track (or tracks, you'll see) by adding lyrics for those notes that will trigger some amazing AI vocals!
