I'm trying to add a unison horn line. I've step entered the line, edited the notes to make them longer, to phrase more like horn players. Now, I've added PG Reverb plugin to that track(Utility#1), but there doesn't seem to be any reverb, no matter what I do with the plugin settings. What am I doing wrong? I've picked GM2-->Brass-->62 Brass Section for a sound.

Try using the Band-in-a-Box mixer Reverb slider. You'll likely find that you don't need the PG Music Reverb plug-in. Most midi sound modules have reverb built-in so they include reverb control for their patches.
These are audio plugins and not MIDI plugins. As Jim has mentioned, the way to add reverb to a MIDI track is through the synth that is playing the track.
If you want to get MIDI to work on the track you've created, you need to save the tracks as a "Performance File". This is done by right-clicking on the track, selecting "Track Actions", and then selecting "Save track as a "Performance file". Doing this will process the MIDI and create an audio file. This audio file will then play in preference to the MIDI track.
If you decide you want to change any of the MIDI notes, you will need to create a new performance file as it is not automatically updated.
Try using the Band-in-a-Box mixer Reverb slider. You'll likely find that you don't need the PG Music Reverb plug-in. Most midi sound modules have reverb built-in so they include reverb control for their patches.
The Mixer Reverb slider isn't doing anything for this track.

What midi sound module do you have selected in the Preferences (Ctrl+E) > MIDI/Audio Drivers Setup Screen? It may not support midi reverb. Another thought is the sound maybe generating from a different source, such as the Microsoft GS Wavetable.

I've got the same settings as you show, except in the "Synthesizer/Sound Card", I have "General MIDI Instrument Misc".

Do you have Use VSTi/DXI Synth checked like my screen shot? If so that tells Band-in-a-Box you are using a soft synth (software midi sound module) instead of the Microsoft GS Wavetable. I'm using the Cakewalk by Bandlab TTS-1 midi soft synth. What midi soft synth are you using?
