Whilst I wait for the time and inspiration to write a new song, I thought I'd post the re-mastered version of another old (2020 or so) song of mine - particularly as, what with everything that's going on currently in the world, I think it's timely. It was inspired by me watching the news and seeing a ten-year-old child, amidst the rubble that is the consequence of war, crying her eyes out and saying: "what do you want me to do about all this? fix it? how? I'm just a child". I hope you like the song, but all comments (as usual) are welcome  P.S. There is a lot of feeling in this song... Love the remastered version - everything sounds great.
Your vocal is excellent and really gets the point across.

My goal this weekend is to move just enough each day so that no one pokes me to see if I'm dead or not.

Ain't no thing as "just" a child. Ha. Don't get me started on that subject. I REALLY like how you approached it, James. Children are most just. Man, I love this prayer. We must BECOME as a child to enter, which does not mean STAY childish. So glad you brought out the little kid in you for this one. Love it!
