My friend, Thom Bresh (Merle Travis' son) covering a Lisa Carver song. It describes war from the perspective of a bullet.

I would never have thought of building a song around a bullet but Lisa pulled it off very well indeed.

Wonderful theme for a beautiful, heartrending song enhanced by Thom's thumb picking. Thom has been inducted into The Thumb Picker's Hall Of Fame.

I'll gladly forward your comments to Thom.

Footnote: Thom is playing a Martin D-28M which was designed on the back of a restaurant place-mat by his dad. Only 100 were ever made. Take note of the head-stock. It predates Fender by decades.
