Catchy song, nicely arranged and sung, as usual.

Sorry that Maha is continuing to have issues. Time to comment or not, it's good to see you here in any form.

Thanks for finding the time to post this!

Hi David,

thanks a lot for understanding my situation.

I was really happy to read that you enjoyed The Freeze and I'm very grateful for all the things you said. BTW, the line you quoted is my favorite within that song, too. Sometimes things simply come to one's mind and you ask yourself, 'Where the heck does that come from?'

Hope you and yours are in good health and ready for the fall.

Take care,

Stefan

Best wishes to Maha: fingers, thumbs n eyes crossed for smoother time.

Hi Ray,

thanks a lot for your understanding. You know that when I was an active forum member I always hated it when people posted their stuff without taking the slightest notice of the great things the others posted. I am very pleased that some, like you, offer me to post anyway, but I would still have a bad feeling if I did.

Thank you also for your funny comment on YT.

All the very best,

Stefan

Hi Scott,

thank you so much for your very kind comment on The Freeze. Yes, it was such a treat to have Marty in on it !!!! There will be another video featuring him, but without that hat nand without playing bass - you know, he's really absolutely 'versatile'

Take care,

Stefan

Hi Rick,

first of all: 'I need more cowbell' - that's hilarious !!!

Thanks an awful lot for your very kind remarks on The Freeze - I'm really delighted to read that you enjoyed it. And thank you also for the wise man's saying - I passed it to Maha and we both thought that this must be the spirit to stand these hard times.

Thank you so much.

All the best,

Stefan

Wow, Stefan, what an awesome video and audio production this is! The video is so seamless with so much going on and every time we watch it we discover another little tidbit of joy. smile

The song itself with that 60’s sound had us both smiling and Janice has had “happy feet” all over the house while listening. As always, the horn section sounds great in the great mix.

The opening and closing credits are as enjoyable as the video itself. Some of the highlights for us are the dancing bavarishes, dancing frogs & cats & penguins, and Marty and Charley. She did a great job of matching the “tough guy” look of the other band members.

You outdid yourself this time! We know you’re looking forward to Maha’s return to your productions but we’re sure that she is very proud of what you’ve accomplished.

We continue to send you both daily healing vibes and hope for continued recovery.

Hello Janice and Bud,

first of all: I hadn't seen your recent avatar before - so lovely and what a beautiful memory of Heart !!!

Thanks a lot for the time you took to write such a long and kind comment on The Freeze. Yes, no doubzt: The appearance of Marty and Charley is something very special and means a lot to me. But I'm as well grateful for what the other guys did, and I know that they enjoy those shootngs a lot, too.

Thanks also for your continuing support of Maha's recovery. She doesn't smile a lot these days, but she surely did when she read your post.

Please take good care of each other and yourselves (The sunhats are a good start, I think smile.

All the best,

Stefan (and regards from Maha)

Hi Stefan (and Marty),

A great song and a much greater performance on video. You are so good in making them!
We have our chats regularly, so I heard the song before, but not seen that great video
I enjoyed it a lot. Lot to see and to laugh about. The snail for instance.

I also like to see what Charley and her granddad looked like a year ago.
Marty talks a lot about her. We are discussing a story for a song and I asked if she could perform in it.
I hope we come up with a good idea, otherwise you need to help us.
But keep in mind Charleys' school just began...

Stefan, we'll keep in touch, keep up the good musicall work,
and all the best for Maha,
Hans

Hi Hans,

please excuse my belated reaction.

I was really glad to see your nice comment and that you enjoyed both the song and the video - thanks a bunch, dude.

Nice to read that you are in contact with Marty, and the idea of a collab of you both looks like a great idea. I'm [*****]-sure you won't need any help - Marty is very strong in writing lyrics.

Can't wait to hear the result.

Thanks again and all the best.

Doeie,

Stefan

Hi Firesong,

thanks a bunch for your awesome comment - I really appreciate every single word you wrote, and I'm happy that you enjoyed both the song and the vid.

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.

Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!

Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
