Ive tried to load build 317 and I get message that I have "older than 2009 biab" I purchased the ultra pack
when it was first offer and loaded it Jan 2011 I've been abled to load all the other builds before the new 317, I looked all over my files and cannot find BIAB 2011. Now this morning I tried to load real track 104 in biab for a new song and found out that I don't have real track 102 to 121 any more I've check in my add
on's and it say I only have up to RT 101. I've tried to go back to Factory Setting but had no luck in restoring anything. My question is should I reload my Ultra Pack again, and if I do will I lose the song
that I make.

You should be safe reloading BIAB but if you can't find it on your 2011 directory if might cause issues if you load into a different directory. Regarding your songs, unless you modified a song that comes with BIAB you won't loose them due to the reinstall.

Barry KJ I reloaded the ultra pack and got all my RT's and did'nt lose any of my song and also loaded the
new rebuild 317 everything worked out OK thanks for ur reply one more question do I have to reload all the
other rebuilds going back to early 2011?
I'll wait to see if u know the answer or if someone else does, if not I'll repost the question again.

IF one of your previous packs included any "extras" in it and you no longer have those extras installed, then you would have to go back and reinstall the previous versions to get the extras back.
However, the 2011 version can also run with just it being installed and should have every feature that comes with it working.
"Extras" are things like the four separately purchasable Soloists, separate programs like the metronome or perhaps one of the Master Class programs, things like that.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
