The little uke is experiencing a huge revival of popularity. More and more people are playing them with a low 4th string, instead of the reentrant high 4th string. Ie: GCEA instead of gCEA, or DGBE instead of dGBE. Accoringly, more people are playing using fingerstyle chord solo technique and less of the familiar ukulele strumming, or a mixture of both. The compostions are also becomming more harmonically sophisticated as a result.
I have been struggling with the chord melody guitar feature in BIAB with the virtual fretboard set to four strings GCEA with no problem, but the tablature in the notation window keeps reverting to 6 strings after every adjustment to the chord melody parameters, causing me to have to reset it to ukulele in options. Although I can see chord stacks (3 notes maximum)on the notes staff, there is mostly just single line on the tab staff no matter how I set the edit parameters in the chord melody dialogue.
I would like more chords and for them all to show up in the tab window, just as they do for the guitar.

I forgot to mention that I did look at all 3 of the ukulele tutorials and I purused all the uke postings that I could find.

Since the chord melody guitar feature is dependant upon the existance of a melody, maybe it would work if the melody could be compressed within a certain note range that corresponds to the ukulele, or another stringed instrument for that matter.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
