I've had BIAB 2014 for about a week now and just wondered if it was up to date. A lot of programs tell you to check for the latest updates, patches or whatever.
I can find nothing in the drop down menus that says "Update".
So the questions are, how do I tell if my BIAB hard drive had the latest updates and how do I update now and in the future as needed?

In BIAB, click Help-About BIAB. It should tell you Version 2014 (380). If it isn't build 380, go to support on the forum and download build 380 and run it. Later, Ray

Thanks.
I don't know when this 380 thing came out, but mine says 379. I just figured it would be up to date.
I found the thing under "support" and am downloading now. I closed BIAB but couldn't find and "(white and green musical note) in your task bar (bottom-right of your computer screen)" to exit.
I see under Support it also list "NEW RealBand 2014 Build 3 December 23, 2013". Do I need to do something with this also?
Hope it all works.
Appreciate the help.

JimE, the "white and green musical note in the taskbar" would only be there if you had started the BIAB Server, which is used when you want to use BIAB remotely with either of the apps that can be downloaded. If that icon had been present, you would have had to Exit it before doing the install of Build #380. RealBand is a separate program and is updated separately, in a similar way to BIAB. Yes, Build #3 is the latest. It is available here: http://www.pgmusic.com/support.realband.htm

Though #380 actually did change some things in the interface.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
