V 10 or 11 . . . same issue . . .

What causes all of the events to duplicate themselves
repeatedly?

Not "notes". But all CC events.

I start out with about 6 or 7 commands in each track.
Vol, reverb, chorus, pan, instrument, etc. And a handful
throughout the tracks. (panning, instrument changes, etc.)

Over the course of editing the tracks, the events keep
duplicating.

I end up with about 1000 events I end up removing! Most at the
beginning of the track. And RANDOMLY throughout the tracks.
Not necessarily where I had them in the tracks.

The same events on each track, the same 6 or 7, repeated
sometime 40 or 50 times! As in, what ever events I put
in the BEGINNING of a track, that's what gets duplicated
40 to 50 times. And throughout the track, there will be
2, 3 or 4 commands duplicated all through the track.
Changing instruments, etc.

And all on the same exact time/measure/time stamp. So if
I want to use the filter to delete them all, it also deletes
the original, and I have to put them all back in again.

Edit some more later . . . BAMM! A couple hundred events
to remove . . . again.

1). Any idea how to stop this from happening?

2). Anyone know a good event dupe finder?

I have a few other editors that remove dupes automatically
with a click of the mouse. frown
