Real Tracks ST2 files missing #276165 12/23/14 04:42 AM Band-in-a-Box for Windows

OP Jordanpd Newbie J Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 5	Hi, did the 2015 upgrade, downloaded and install everything...but trying some new style with real tracks gives me the message some ST2 files are missing for example..RPno0222.ST2 or RSSax006.ST2 Infact they are not in the bb folder or anywhere in the computer. How is it possible to solve the issue? Installed the 2015 RT files a second time, but didn't change anything. Any advice? Thanks Jordan

At the prompt, choose the drive letter where BIAB sits, Type CD \ <Enter> Then type dir/s *.st2 > st2.txt This will create a file in the root of the drive that tells you what ST2 files are in what subdirectories. st2.txt Jan - 12 Core AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 32GB DDR4 Win 10 64-bit Samsung m.2 SSD Boot drive,other SSD internal and USB drives. MOTO 2 Ketron SD4,SD1000 Yamaha RX-v381amp VB-Audio virtual cables

You can find which build is installed by going to the "Help" menu and then selecting "About Band In A Box". The build will be in brackets after the version: e.g. 2015(413). BIAB is currently up to build #414. Found at ... http://www.pgmusic.com/support_windowsupdates.htm Regards, Noel P.S. At the moment, it seems best to download the update from PG Music and manually install it rather than using the automatic option in the Help menu. MY SONGS... Tried to ask if I can add the money difference but noone answered me yet, probably in two or three days.My total real tracks are 1318. Thanks

The MegaPak will be missing some of these. Which ones are not included with the MegaPa, I do not know. If three days have passed since you emailed Sales, I'd be jumping on the the phone and calling the toll-free number. There is also Live Chat which allows a customer to deal directly with sales staff in real time.
