After arranging my fake sheet, I tried to print it. Get this message every time.... "Number is out of range. The number should be between 1 and 7" WHAT NUMBER?????? I've searched everything I could think of, but couldn't find anything related. I'm sure there's a simple solution???????

Gordy, Does the "Number out of range...." message popup when you press 'OK - print' or 'print to pdf'? In the meantime, this might help... Here are the print options for my set up. I know that if the "Number of copies" is left blank, this will create an error message.... maybe that's what's happened. Regards, Noel

What did you try? It's not possible for us on the forum to help unless we can start eliminating possible causes of error.
Did you try setting all your print settings to those I have in the above image?
Also, as asked in my first post above, are you pressing "OK - Print" or "Print to pdf"?

Noel, My print options are exactly as yours, but still saame result,unable to print. I gottat be missing something, but I sure don't know what it is.

It seems that this problem is going to be quite difficult to solve by typing.
The easiest way to solve the issue would be for you to contact Support directly and speak with them. The contact details are under the "Support" link at the top of the webpage - there's a toll-free number.
A number of people on the forum have mentioned that PG Music can remotely hook up to you computer if need be and that will make solving the problem much easier.
In the meantime, some questions that I suspect they might ask you are...
1. Does the "OK-Preview/Graphics" button work for you?
2. Seeing that you've been a forum member since 2010, does this mean that you used to be able to print ok?
3. Has anything changed on your computer? (For example: Did you move to Windows 10? Have you installed a new version of BIAB? Have you updated to the latest build of BIAB?)
4. Have you tried resetting to factory defaults? (It's found under the Options menu. This is something that is always worth trying when BIAB stops doing what it used to.)
5. What version of BIAB do you have?

Noel, Your suggestion to return to factory defaults solved my problem. Thanks for getting me out of a (minor, to some)situation.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
