I must be going through a Rocky and Blues faze! Save Me from Falling for the Blues is a rocky number with a cheeky lyric with a twist at the end of the story. Hope you enjoy my latest effort and any input regards the sound mastering will be appreciated. What a great rockin' number. Nothing wrong with any of that fantastic delivery.
It would have everyone on the floor in seconds.
Excellent production, from every angle.

Hello, Yorkshireknight
Very groovy rock'n'roll! It is just like an early Beatles' recording that has not been previously released. Really energetic vocals and plays. Enjoyed my listen a lot.
Best regards.

Thanks Greg,Gruvrider,Shigeki & Steve, and everyone else that has enjoyed the song and or made comments. Glad you liked the twist to the story. Shigeki, I take that as a huge compliment to be compared to a Beatles number, albeit they never released! ha ha! Fame at Last! I shall now put this one to bed and wish everyone a Happy Easter!

"Yorkshireknight"...
Oh, yeah, baby, YE-EEEAHHH!
"Save Me From Them Blues" has got that irresistable "Footloose" rhythm that made me start beatin' on those desktop drums, but I had to tone it down because my co-worker is here in the office with me.
That RealTracks solo #1733 is off-the-hook! I almost asked if you, or a possibly a bandmember, had performed it.
As ecstatically energetic and compulsively dance-worthy as "Save Me From The Blues" most certainly is, I applaud you -- and I mean vigorously -- for writing lyrics that take a solid stance against a man abusing a woman's trust in, and committment to him:
"Guess I'm paying for all my wayward dues..."
'Nuff said.
Your handle, "Yorkshirekight", has been vindicated, sir!
Sincerely,
LOREN (a.k.a. "bluage")

Well done Paul! A really solid song. Great drums, insistent driving. Doesn't let up for a second. It's only rock and roll but I like it!

Shame on you Loren for listening to music during worktime ! lol
'Off the hook' yep that sums me up in lots of ways. If I could play a solo (or a note or two)on a guitar then 1733 by Brent Mason would be something near to what I'd like to have played. He's a handy fellow to have around.
Thanks Tom,Dani,Dave & Marti too for your input. I grew up on the Beatles and the Mersey Sound of the 60's I also loved the music of Eddie Cochran and Buddy Holly. There must have be some important gigs up in the sky for so many of our heros to be taken away so suddenly.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
