Peter,
You did such a great job capturing that old jazz feel on this! This track is excellent! Every piece of the puzzle fits perfectly! I really enjoyed it! Great work by all involved! Thanks, Torrey

Yeah! Sing it, Janice! Great vocal. I really dig your guitar work on this one, Peter, that solo at 1:45 is pure class. The trade off at the end with the trumpet was lots of fun, very effective. Really good in all aspects. On my second listen as I type Thanks Dave! Janice

Yep, that's the blues! As usual, a great vocal delivery from Janice.
Bud does a top job on the mixing panel.
Lots to like about the guitars too!

Hi Peter, Janice and Bud,
Today this is the second old song I heard in the forum that's brought back to the now. Wonderfully done! And Janices' singing is so well suited for the Blues. But I told her before, she falls for the wrong guys... (except Bud).
I enjoyed everything of it, like all the others here. So enjoy all the compliments. You earned them!
Hans

Loved it! You've captured that 30's vibe. Nice write, great band.
Just think 80-90 years from now people will be saying Janice ruled the blues back in 2020's.
Nice job everyone!

I listened to the original first. You have done very cool modernization, luckily not too modern still containing the old vibe. Nice instrumentation and Janice's bluesy vocal is the highlight yet again. The calm solo fits well with the mood. Nice work also with the trumpet to make it sound very authentic.

Peter & Janice,
Wow. Killer.
Truly solid Blues. Excellent BAND.
Sweet guitar throughout.
How that girl is not at the tops of the Blues charts is one of the great mysteries of the world. A crying shame. A true Star.
Luckily, WE get you all!
Killer.

Outstanding. You all get better and better with each passing day. Janice sings it with consummate ease, as if nothing could be easier or more natural for her. The guitar and the trumpet are superb, as is indeed the whole arrangement. What is there to say, other than congratulations to all? Absolutely nothing else, as far as I'm concerned. Well done!!! Much appreciated. Peter

Good resuscitation of an old song. I don't know the original but you guys made it your own. Good bluesy vocals and wonderful electric guitar playing. The mix is very good. Bravo to all involved with this recording. Good job.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
